PAH ("we", "us", or "our") operates the NestFiles software and website at pmirzapanah-hub.github.io/project-finder. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

When you purchase a licence or start a free trial, we collect:

• Email address (via LemonSqueezy checkout)
• Payment information (processed by LemonSqueezy — we never see your card details)
• Licence key activation records (machine count, activation date)

NestFiles does not collect, transmit, or store any of your project data, folder contents, client records, or emails. All data stays on your machine.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your licence key and process your subscription
• To verify licence activations when you install the software
• To send transactional emails (receipts, licence keys, renewal reminders)
• To respond to support requests

Software Telemetry

NestFiles does not collect usage data, crash reports, or analytics. The only outbound network calls the software makes are: licence key verification (to LemonSqueezy), Microsoft 365 sign-in (if you choose to connect), and update checks (to GitHub).

Third-Party Services

• LemonSqueezy — payment processing and licence management. See their privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com.
• GitHub — software distribution and update delivery.
• Microsoft — optional Microsoft 365 integration. Governed by Microsoft's privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your email and licence records for as long as your subscription is active, plus 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.
