Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using NestFiles, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Licence

NestFiles is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of machines covered by your plan:

• Individual — 1 machine
• Team — up to 10 machines
• Business — up to 100 machines

You may not share, resell, sublicence, or distribute the software or your licence key.

Free Trial

The 14-day free trial is available once per machine. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the software.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at info@nestfiles.com.au for a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days are considered at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent the licence system
• Share your licence key with parties outside your licensed seat count

Updates

We may release updates to the software from time to time. Active subscribers receive updates at no additional cost. We reserve the right to change features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

NestFiles is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
